At our store, we aim to provide fresh, high-quality meat and grocery products with every order. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve it quickly and fairly.

Fresh & Perishable Products

Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of fresh, chilled, frozen, or perishable products once they have been delivered or collected.

This includes:

  • Fresh meat and poultry
  • Frozen products
  • Dairy items
  • Prepared or cut products
  • Any opened food items

Please check your order immediately upon delivery or collection.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If you receive:

  • Incorrect items
  • Damaged products
  • Missing items
  • Products that are not fresh or are unsuitable for consumption

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To help us investigate quickly, we may request:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item(s)
  • A brief description of the issue

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A replacement item
  • Store credit
  • A partial or full refund

Refunds are provided at our discretion after reviewing the issue.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives significantly late, damaged during delivery, or cannot be delivered due to an error on our side, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Please ensure that:

  • Your delivery address and contact details are correct
  • Someone is available to receive the order where required

We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information.

Non-Perishable Grocery Items

Unused and unopened non-perishable grocery products may be eligible for return within 7 days of purchase, subject to approval.

Returned items must:

  • Be unopened and unused
  • Be in original packaging
  • Be in resalable condition

Return shipping costs may apply unless the item was supplied incorrectly or damaged.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 3–10 business days for card refunds
  • Additional processing time depending on your bank or payment provider

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before preparation or dispatch begins.

Once fresh products have been prepared, cut, packed, or dispatched, cancellations may no longer be possible.

To request a cancellation, contact us immediately after placing your order.
